Who we are 5 years from know is a direct reflection of what we are doing today.
Read that again.
I don't say this to stress you out, or to make that little voice in your head flair up and start going off about how 5 years from now you is gonna suck!
I say that to inspire the opposite.
If we know that the version of us in 5 years is going to be molded by out habits and actions today... that gives us a path, that gives us a direction, HECK that gives us some freaking GOLD to go off of!

B) What that person does habitually everyday.
C) And how you can start curating those habits into your life *now*.
No not all at once, you overachiever... you'll explode!
Take one thing that will get you closer to that ideal life. That one 2 degree shift does WONDERS.
