How to Process Comparison
I cannot believe I am saying these words…
DaJuan Johnson (yes, DaJuan Johnson from BOSCH, Greys Anatomy, and much more) stopped by the podcast today!
I have been a huge admirer of DaJuan and his work not only as an extremely successful actor but as a heart centered Life Coach and teacher.
I could have seriously talked to DaJuan for hours, but since this is a podcast and not a telethon, we kept it at a jam packed hour for you all.

Here are just some of the major takeaways from this meaty episode:
Remember to always send the elevator back down
Find someone to coach you at the level of your goals
Process critical feedback through your business hat, not your self worth/high stakes emotional hat.
You are not responsible for your 1st thought, thats your primal instinct. But you are responsible for your 2nd, 3rd and so on.
Surround yourself with people who want you to raise your standards!
Motivation, positivity, etc., all those states wear off everyday unless you condition them everyday.
Name and put a visual to your inner critic. Bruce made a very special appearance in this episode.
And last but not least- You cannot be a secret and be a success
