How to "Surrender" in 3 Simple Steps
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙛 𝙞𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣'𝙩 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙨𝙤 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙?
I know, I know, saying that to a group of overachievers is like saying that if you jump off a cliff, you'll sprout wings and suddenly sore through the air to all the places you were going to travel to this year..
Or in other words, 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘀𝗲𝗲𝗺 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲.
✨ But it's not ✨
𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 is a one way ticket to that dream life you so desperately want.
It's how you can get it faster, easier and, dare I say, you'll actually be happy when you get there.
This element of surrender isn't talked about in a 𝗵𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱.
👉 But if you want your blood pressure to lower and your shoulders to ease... this might just be the ticket.
So, this is all fine and dandy... but how? How do you surrender control?
Here are 3 simple steps to get started:

1) Get extremely clear on what it is you want
I don't just mean "I want more money". No, because then I could give you a dollar and there you go, you have more money! Congratulations!
But if someone handed you a dollar you were probably expecting something a little more, uh, substantial. So you have to know what that looks like.
Here are some simple prompts to get the juices flowing:
What is the exact number I want in the bank? (Let yourself really dream here)
What will I do with that money? Will I spend it on a certain group of people, a trip, to pay bills, etc.
Ideally, where would that money come from?
2) Believe it's yours
This is where you gotta put on your little kid pants again and allow yourself to really dream.
Write out what like would look like with this money? Write what life would feel like with this money?! Would you be extremely relaxed? Exhausted from traveling? Maybe it's your perfect job you are wanting to surrender to; write out a day in the life at that job!
Allow yourself to fully step into living this life, perhaps for the first time and your neurochemistry will literally start believing that it is already yours.
3) Have daily reminders
This is an extension of step two, because believing that it's yours is great, but if you only do it once... don't expect much to change. The reason? Because your brain will not-so-slowly slip back into its old habits which is a direct reflection of the life you've been living.
Here is an easy exercise to make this a daily practice:
For 3 minutes a day, close your eyes and picture this goal you're wanting to achieve. Use your senses, look around you, what do you see, hear, smell, etc.? How are you breathing living in this moment? Who is around you? Who is lifting you up? Who are you lifting up?
Do this everyday and watch absolute miracles appear before your eyes.
