Growing up immersed in the personal development industry, you would think I have always been a major goal getter,  right? Yeah… no. As a bullied kid, I developed a belief that no matter what I was never going to be enough. This belief morphed into hating my body, being terrified to stand out, frequent anxiety and constantly telling myself I wasn’t good enough to go after the things I want.

It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point (maybe you’re there now) where I made a decision - I refused to live life swallowed by this belief. Since that moment, I began studying and implementing the tools I’d heard so much about as a child like Neuro Linguistic Programming, The Levels of Mastery, Goal Setting Methods and so much more. And, as cheesy as it sounds, my life has never been the same.I became addicted to making big goals come to life (with 0 burn out btw) and now I am here to help you do the same.

After losing 70 pounds in 6 months, becoming stronger than ever, and years of body image distortion, Kiona now specializes in body recomposition. Certified by the National Council of Strength and Fitness, Kiona, is a dedicated personal trainer.

Prior to falling in love with wellness, Kiona was performing on a cruise ship as a professional musical theater artist and uncomfortable in her own skin. Up until Covid 19 trapped us all in doors (at sea) the only passion for Kiona was musical theater until she discovered the power in changing her quality of life through mind body connection. She’s tenacious and can squat well above her weight and soon you can too.
