You Don't Have to do Personal Growth Perfectly


𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁.⁣

I have seen this time and time again:⁣

👉 You learn about an area of personal development (mindset, health, productivity, etc) ⁣

👉 You immediately go into all or nothing mode trying to do EVERYTHING you're hearing and learning⁣

👉 Something goes wrong or falls to the wayside and a tidal wave of guilt rushes over you⁣

👉 You start to feel burnout and overwhelm HOW DO I FOCUS ON ALL OF THESE THINGS!?!⁣


...And your old comforting habits come back into play. ⁣

You do not need to 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲 when it comes to personal development!⁣







It doesn't serve you, it doesn't serve your mindset, and your life suddenly feels like its trying to hold up too many things at once. ⁣
